Inspired by Fuji and Lion Rock Mountain, grandmama infuses HK & JPN characters into our cuisine. Endeavor to create delicate visual and tasting experience for every grandchild.
She also brew Kombucha & Tsukemono everyday. Providing best home made flavor to every grandchild.
At the same time, my mother-in-law will also use different tableware, hoping to bring surprises to the guests every time.
Vegetarianism is not a choice, but a complete and thoughtful meal arrangement. Grandma's vegetarian selection retains the delicacy of Japanese cuisine, allowing vegetarian guests, those with a light diet, and their companions to enjoy the meal together.
