Inspired by Fuji and Lion Rock Mountain, grandmama infuses HK & JPN characters into our cuisine. Endeavor to create delicate visual and tasting experience for every grandchild.
She also brew Kombucha & Tsukemono everyday. Providing best home made flavor to every grandchild.
At the same time, my mother-in-law will also use different tableware, hoping to bring surprises to the guests every time.
From visual appeal to taste, it carries a touch of childlike wonder and a sense of ritual. The desserts here are not side dishes, but works of art for the eyes and taste buds, worth making a special trip for, especially suitable for afternoon tea, photo opportunities, dates, and sharing after a meal.
